Jonnetta Patton, owner of JPat Management, announced the grand opening of her newest venture, J’s Kitchen Culinary Incubator, LLC. The state-of-the-art shared kitchen facility, which also provides business support to Metro Atlanta’s aspiring culinary entrepreneurs, is set to open Oct. 27, 2016.
J's Kitchen offers kitchen space and comprehensive business development services to culinary entrepreneurs, such as certified chefs, bakers, caterers and specialty food producers, who are passionate about cultivating their talents into a successful small business.
“As my family and friends know, I am passionate about seeking out and creating exquisite din- ing experiences,” said Patton. “I’m elated that through opening J’s Kitchen and pursuing my own dream, I’ll have the chance to assist others in achieving their dreams of business owner- ship.”
The 21,000-square foot facility, located at 3996 Pleasantdale Road, Doraville, Ga., is comprised of three shared kitchens, a baker’s kitchen, a private master kitchen and a tasting room, all of which are equipped with top-of-the-line commercial equipment. Business amenities include spacious conference rooms and computer work stations from which members can run their operations. The facility is actively monitored by security. “We meticulously designed each aspect of J’s Kitchen to incorporate feedback directly from chefs, eliminating common pitfalls and incorporating their suggested features to make running their business more efficient,” said Patton.?
J's Kitchen offers a development program customized to fit each small business, creating a specific brand identity and strategy to foster growth. Services include agent representation, onsite food and supply procurement, consultation and access to a network of industry experts. A five-to-one staff-to-member ratio ensures that each member receives personalized attention from a team dedicated to helping them succeed. J’s Kitchen’s curriculum of educational workshops is designed to foster critical business and culinary skills.
