AMERI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMRH), a specialized SAP® cloud, digital and enterprise solutions company, announced that it has signed a master services agreement (MSA) with a Japanese automotive tire and related products manufacturer with a substantial presence in the U.S. The MSA sets out the terms of engagement for all current and future work. Ameri100 will initially optimize and add functionality to the client’s SAP landscape and enhance their sales and distribution processes in their quest to improve customer sales. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
