ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,823,500 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 27, 2017 under the symbol “FND.” In addition, Floor & Decor has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,323,525 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on May 2, 2017, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jefferies, Piper Jaffray and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Houlihan Lokey is acting as co-manager for the offering.
