NKF’s Tech Talent Initiative Nominated for Global Innovator Award

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to announce that it has been nominated for the CoreNet Global Innovator Award. CoreNet Global is the leading professional association for corporate real estate, workplace and economic development professionals. The entry, a comprehensive talent migration research initiative titled, “NKF Mines Social Solving Who, When, Where for Tech Talent,” has been recognized as a Professional Excellence Award Finalist.

The initiative, led by Senior Managing Director Rajeev Thakur, for the newly developed Global Knowledge and Innovation Center focuses on aggregating and synthesizing information to provide insights into how to drive top tech talent to other parts of the country. In keeping with the same methodology, the establishment of the Center reflects a proactive approach by NKF to maintain its position as a premium provider of strategic advisory services, considering thecontinued evolution of the brokerage business.

Each year, CoreNet Global presents the awards to leading organizations that demonstrate best-in-class practices in advancing thought leadership in corporate real estate. Judges drawn from senior leaders in the CoreNet Global Association selected winners in the Professional Excellence and Sustainable Leadership categories. The GIA competition will take place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in July 2018.
