This 13 story building which provides panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline, is easily accessible from I-285 and I-75. 2100 Riveredge is currently 92% leased with United Healthcare as its lead tenant.
Dockerty Romer & Co. arranged the financing of behalf of their client, Mainstreet Capital Partners through NXT Capital. NXT Capital provided a 2 year, floating rate mortgage at a competitive interest rate.
