BrandMaker, an Atlanta, Georgia-based provider of Marketing Operations and Marketing Resource Management solutions, secured a strategic majority investment from Rubicon Technology Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its global growth strategy, particularly in North America, through continued product innovation, go-to-market expansion, and pursuit of acquisition opportunities.
Led by Mirko Holzer, CEO, BrandMaker provides a software platform which gives enterprise marketers visibility and control of their marketing and finance processes.
The enterprise-level modular Marketing Ops solution lets marketing leaders get on top of their budgets, people workflows, campaigns, and marketplace performance. More than 300 companies, including Best Buy, Bayer, Daimler, and Avantor, use the solutions to increase their effectiveness in marketing planning and execution.
