Mixed-use Destination Avalon Launches First-of-its-Kind Ambassadors Program

Select group of Avalon Ambassadors will share authentic experiences along the Boulevard while earning exclusive perks

Calling all content creators, tastemakers and storytellers. Avalon, the $1 billion mixed-use community in Alpharetta and one of the top retail destinations in the South, today launches Avalon Ambassadors, a program designed for a select group of super-fans and networkers who will share their unfiltered experiences along the Boulevard. Applications to become an Avalon Ambassador are now open.

Avalon Ambassadors is a year-long program for content creators who are interested in sharing authentic moments of themselves enjoying the unique experiences Avalon has to offer. From promoting Avalon’s events to grand openings and special meet-ups, Ambassadors will be responsible for capturing and sharing the can't-miss moments along the Boulevard. Ultimately, Avalon Ambassadors will share content that highlights the overall Avalon Experience and encourages visits to the property.

“Our community of Avaloniacs is the best in the business, and our Ambassadors will introduce a new way to experience Avalon – all while being immersed in the most exclusive moments along the Boulevard,” said Lauren Ness, marketing manager at Avalon. “Whether they’re sharing videos from in-store try-ons or selfies from dining al fresco, we can’t wait to see Avalon come to life through the lens of our Ambassadors.”

Ambassadors will be required to post at least one unique Instagram Feed post and one Instagram Story post per month, along with additional event promotion as needed. Ambassadors must also share their experience from at least one Avalon event per quarter, as well as grand openings, previews and other exclusive events as they arise.

In exchange for participating in the program, Ambassadors will earn exclusive perks and opportunities at Avalon, including a welcome gift basket, VIP access to select events, complimentary valet parking, custom swag, networking and resume building opportunities, and more.

Applicants must be 21 years old and have a public social media profile. Interested applicants should have photography experience (iPhone or professional camera), a welcoming and friendly personality, and time management skills. Applications will close on Monday, Feb. 8th and Avalon’s marketing team will select the inaugural group of Ambassadors next week.
