Atlantic Station Announces Black Friday Festivities and Drive-Thru Light Experience

11/24/20

Mixed-use destination continues to innovate its holiday experience for the community

WHAT: As Atlanta’s one-stop-shop holiday destination, Atlantic Station invites the community to feel the magic and holiday spirit all season long. Beginning Nov. 27 (Black Friday), Atlantic Station will be activated daily with merry happenings, including cheerful music and twinkling lights aglow.

On Black Friday, holiday shoppers and guests are invited to a full day of special experiences and shopping incentives at Atlantic Station. Throughout the day, the property will be safely activated with joyful carolers and holiday characters, holly jolly tunes, Holiday Maker’s Market on West District Ave, and more. Skate the Station will be open for ice skaters from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and tickets can be purchased here. At Atlantic Green, guests can cozy up in “S’mores Village” for socially distanced lounging with complimentary s’mores and holiday-themed drinks available for purchase. For those visiting the property on Black Friday, Atlantic Station will host a social media photo scavenger hunt, where guests can complete the photo hunt and win a sticker pack, as well as take part in the latest Atlantic Station Gives Back initiative, where guests who spend $100 at any combination of Atlantic Station retailers and restaurants can redeem their receipts to receive a free Black Friday tote bag and the charity of their choice will also receive a $10 donation. Shoppers can choose between Atlanta Humane Society, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Atlanta Mission and the Urban League of Greater Atlanta.

On Dec. 4, the Pinnacle Lot will light up as Atlantic Station partners with Atlanta Beer and Wine Festivals for “Atlanta Festival of Lights,” the inaugural drive-thru light show experience and the only one inside the Perimeter this season. With colorful displays, beautiful twinkling lights and holiday tunes filling up the car, guests can enjoy a cheerful ride through the destination. The magical drive-thru will be open for festive guests through Jan. 18. The cost to attend is $25 per car Sunday through Thursday and $35 per car on Friday and Saturday. Tickets can be purchased here.

Also beginning Dec. 4, the Solstice Supper Club at Atlantic Station will debut 10 igloos in Atlantic Green, creating a festive fine dining experience. The igloos seat four to eight people and guests can enjoy a delicious four-course and prime viewing of the Celebration at the Station shows – a nightly tree lighting spectacle happening each hour from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Guests can reserve the igloo experience here.

To maintain social distancing and keep guests as safe as possible, Atlantic Station has deployed several safety precautions around property. Masks are required and sanitizing stations are readily available. A full list of safety precautions can be found here.
