Atlanta’s favorite ice skating rink returns to the premier mixed-use destination
WHAT: Get ready to lace those skates because “Skate the Station,” Atlanta’s favorite ice skating experience, is back at Atlantic Station. Beginning Nov. 16 through Jan. 18, skaters are invited to glide around the popular rink amongst the twinkling lights and holiday magic of the West Midtown mixed-use destination. General admission tickets are on sale now for $15, and season passes are available for $60; skate rental is included with ticket price.
To prioritize the health and safety of Atlantic Station guests, tickets will move to a completely online system this year to reduce capacity and ensure social distancing. Guests can purchase tickets in advance for certain dates and times here. Skate the Station will also have several safety protocols and measures in place, including touchless ticketing, cleanings of the rink every hour on the hour, sanitizing the skates after each use, hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue and required masks/coverings for all employees and guests.
In addition to Skate the Station, Atlantic Station will be activated with various enchanted holiday experiences this season, including festive Instagrammable moments by the 44-foot spiral tree or the drivable vintage reindeer beetle; a chance to relax in the modern pop-up spot, “The Vinyl Lounge and Sleigh Lodge,” decorated with holiday-themed Atlanta artists’ album covers and a record player; and Black Friday celebrations to enjoy while you shop.

Monday – Friday: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
