Aamir Kazi
Fish & Richardson principal Aamir Kazi has been selected for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s "40 Under 40" list, which recognizes Atlanta’s best and brightest business leaders under age 40 who are making a mark in their industries and making a difference in their communities. Kazi was chosen for his trial expertise and technical acumen, leadership qualities and civic contributions. He was one of only three attorneys singled out for this award.
Kazi specializes in intellectual property litigation and counseling with an emphasis on patent litigation. He has litigated in district courts around the country and at the U.S. International Trade Commission, and has achieved successful results both at trial and at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
In the community, Kazi volunteers his time with the ACLU, CAIR Georgia, the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, and the Georgia Innocence Project. At Fish, he represents the Atlanta office on the firm’s national Diversity Committee. In 2017, he was among 250 attorneys nationwide selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Fellows program.
