Gainesville community will be within walking distance of the University of Florida

908 Group and Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC) have started Gator Walk, an 85-unit, 294-bed purpose-built student housing community with direct pedestrian access to the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

The site is close to Greek-life housing, on-campus classrooms and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, home of the Florida Gators football team. The property will be comprised of a mid-rise, six-story apartment structure along with three three-story townhomes.

With market-leading amenities catering to the University of Florida students, Gator Walk will have an expansive rooftop deck with pool area, modern fitness center, private study centers, computer center, social lounge with kitchen, TVs, and multiple gaming areas, and bicycle and scooter storage and parking. Gator Walk is expected to welcome students for the 2022 school year.
