Bridjette Shelfo
PulteGroup is pleased to announce Bridjette Shelfo as the new Vice President of Sales for the Southeast Florida region. She has worked with the national homebuilder for more than 15 years and has seven years of sales and marketing leadership experience.
Shelfo previously worked as director and vice president of sales and marketing at Pulte’s Las Vegas division where she enjoyed tremendous success. She led the sales team during the 2019 acquisition of local builder American West, which resulted in her team doubling in size and her division growing more than sixty percent.
Prior to joining Las Vegas, Shelfo served as general sales manager in the Arizona division and was also on the company’s pilot team of Certified Field Trainers which developed curriculum for new hires. She joined PulteGroup as a sales consultant in Arizona where she earned Sales Consultant of the Year honors for most units sold in 2012, before being promoted to general sales manager.
Shelfo previously worked as a television news producer in the Phoenix market. She graduated from Northern Arizona University, where she attended college on a full-ride basketball scholarship and served as team captain.
In her new role, Shelfo will be responsible for sales of all new home communities in coastal counties from Miami-Dade north to Indian River. She will be based out of the region’s Palm Beach Gardens office.
In Southeast Florida, PulteGroup builds under the Pulte Homes, Pulte Active Adult, DiVosta and Del Webb brands. The company is actively selling homes in three new communities in Broward County, four in Palm Beach County and four in the Treasure Coast area, with several others under land development across the region. Home prices range from the mid $200s to over $1 million.
