The Callitech Limited company will occupy nearly 28K SF at Spectrum 2915
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured a 27,906-square-foot lease with Moneypenny, a leading answering service company and trademark of Callitech Limited, at Spectrum 2915 in Duluth, Ga. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and Hunter Henritze represented the owner, TerraCap Management.
“As one of the fastest growing markets in Georgia, Gwinnett County has seen an uptick in office demand over the past few years, resulting in a highly competitive landscape,” said Lincoln’s Davis. “This lease with Moneypenny marks true positive net absorption within the market, which is a major win for Spectrum 2915, especially given the current business climate.”
Spectrum 2915 is one of two recently renovated and rebranded buildings within the Business Park at Sugarloaf, a master-planned office park featuring nearly 500,000 square feet of Class-A space. In April, Lincoln and TerraCap announced the dramatic transformation of Spectrum 2905 and 2915 Premiere Parkway. This investment included the delivery of four brand-new spec suites, three of which are available for lease, ranging in size from 1,509 square feet to 4,173 square feet.
