The “Concierge: At Your Service” program offers those on property convenient options to elevate their experience
Atlantic Station today unveiled “Concierge: At Your Service,” the property’s new complimentary concierge program available for guests, residents and office tenants. Designed with luxury and convenience in mind, the program now offers an array of expanded services accessible both in person via a Concierge booth in the recently remodeled Atlantic Green and through its new mobile concierge platform, a fully enclosed, six-passenger electric vehicle.
“The “Concierge: At Your Service” program was created to offer Atlantic Station guests a seamless experience from the moment they step on property,” said Eddy Romero, the guest services and concierge manager at Hines. “We’ve worked hard to create a tailored program that meets our guests’ needs whether its dinner reservations at an onsite restaurant or a picnic in Atlantic Green. As we continue to provide exceptional service, we’re excited to see how our guests will utilize our new offerings!”
The Atlantic Station concierge program offers an expanded list of services usually reserved for guests of high-end hotels, including wayfinding information, on-property dining reservations, dry cleaning services, food and beverage delivery, car wash and detailing services, grocery delivery, a Picnic in the Park and more.
In addition to the new service offerings, Atlantic Station is expanding its Concierge team with two new team members. Each member of the Concierge team will be required to complete a three-day training course covering exceptional customer service, how to handle difficult situations, mystery shopping and more. The concierge team’s mantra, “Every Guest, Every Need, Every Day,” guides its approach to ensuring each person receives five-star treatment.
“Concierge: At Your Service” is the latest piece of Atlantic Station’s major repositioning strategy to provide guests with an all-encompassing experience. The property recently celebrated the opening of its new dining option, SriThai Kitchen & Sushi Bar, and continues to put the finishing touches on its new greenspace, Atlantic Green.
