Most recently, he was a managing director with Berkadia. McCalla will be responsible for serving clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast.

Previously, McCalla was with Marcus & Millichap from 2005 to 2014. “John began his commercial real estate career with Marcus & Millichap and has skillfully served Atlanta’s multifamily investment community ever since,” said John Leonard, first vice president and regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office. “I am very pleased to be able to welcome him back as we continue to expand our operations in Atlanta and support our clients through this time of uncertainty caused by the health pandemic.”

McCalla was with Berkadia from 2014 to 2020.
