Atlantic Station Announces Nike Factory Store to Join Tenant Lineup

The athletic apparel company is the latest national brand to put its stake in the ground at West Midtown’s premier mixed-use destination

Atlantic Station today announces the addition of a 12,000-square-foot Nike Factory Store to the mixed-use destination’s growing tenant mix. Located at 1381 Market Street NW, the store is the first of its kind in metro Atlanta and plans to open this fall.

“Since the start of its transformation, Atlantic Station has seen investment from both local and national favorites attracted to the approachable, consumer-friendly environment we are creating,” said Nick Garzia, Director of Retail Leasing at Hines. “The addition of Nike further proves that Atlantic Station is the central hub for retail, dining and entertainment in Midtown Atlanta with diverse options for each of our consumers. We’re excited to welcome Nike to the property and continue to bring brands of similar caliber to the intown market.”

The Nike Factory Store at Atlantic Station will carry a varied selection of Nike branded footwear, apparel and equipment. The majority of the products will be close-out or overrun products that will be sold at an affordable price. The new Nike Factory Store joins Atlantic Station’s expansive health and wellness focused retailers and destinations, including the recently opened Atlanta Falcons & Atlanta Team Store as well as Athleta, The Athlete’s Foot, LA Fitness, atl kula and Bowlero, which is also slated to open this fall.

The announcement of Nike joining the Atlantic Station community is the latest tenant announcement accompanied by the recent grand opening of SriThai Kitchen and Sushi Bar, The Atlanta Falcons & Atlanta United Team Store and Tiny Doors ATL’s studio. Atlantic Station is completing its major property transformation focused on providing the community with an all-encompassing experience from the completion of its new greenspace, Atlantic Green, to the continued openings of new retail, dining and entertainment offerings throughout 2020.
