HREC Investment Advisors, North America’s leading hotel real estate advisory firm, is pleased to announce that hospitality broker Michael Salloway has joined the firm as Vice President based in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia office.
Salloway has successfully structured and completed deals in the Southeastern United States including sales with transactions in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. He earned a B.S. from the University of Alabama and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Salloway has also completed all core CCIM classes.

The HREC platform will allow me to help institutional owners, private equity, as well as individual owners both a national and local level with both single assets as well as portfolios,” stated Salloway.

Prior to Michael’s affiliation with HREC, he sold hotels for a small brokerage firm in Atlanta, GA. Previously, he spent a number of years in the northeast (New York and Boston) and begin his foray into hospitality when he began investing in hotel assets and debt funds. He is also an avid tennis player, wakeboarder, and spent a number of years as a stand-up comedian.
