Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has acquired in partnership with Stockbridge, Barrett Pavilion, a 458,740-square-foot, value add retail center located within Cobb County at Ernest W Barrett Parkway NW and Cobb Place Boulevard NW in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Lincoln and Stockbridge have plans to reinvigorate the center through strategic leasing, densification and repurposing of some of the existing boxes. “Barrett Pavilion is situated within a robust trade area and surrounded by strong demographics,” said Lincoln’s Chip Sipple, vice president. “We look forward to contributing to the ongoing success of the center by creating a more robust retail and entertainment environment which will appeal to a broader demographic.”

Barrett Pavilion is the Kennesaw trade area’s largest power center, situated at the key intersection of the retail corridor. Due to its close proximity to Kennesaw State University and Kennesaw Mountain, the center draws strong daytime traffic. Barrett Pavilion also offers convenient access from I-75 and I-575.
