Cushman & Wakefield Brings New City’s 725 Ponce to 100% Leased

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 39,439-square-foot lease with Slalom LLC at 725 Ponce, located in the Old Fourth Ward adjacent to the Atlanta BeltLine, bringing the premier property to 100% leased. The lease encompasses the entire fifth floor of the 12-story, 370,000-square-foot office building. Aileen Almassy represented the landlord, New City and JPMorgan, in the lease transaction, and Kirk Adams and Daniel Levine of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

The final lease comes on the heels of the building’s official opening, which took place in early December. Previously announced tenants include BlackRock, PagerDuty, Chick-fil-A,McKinsey & Co. and more. Kroger re-opened its 60,000-square-foot store at the base of the building in mid-October.

725 Ponce is part of Eastside Atlanta’s vibrant history. Adjacent to the Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant, built in the early 1900s, this propertyhas been in the National Register of Historic Places since 1984.
