Atlanta Party Rentals, a luxury event rental company, signed a long-term lease at 2160 Hills Avenue. Atlanta Party Rentals was previously occupying 20,000 SF before expanding to 65,000 SF, where they now take up the entire lower building.

Jim Bob Taylor and Michael Bennett of Cresa Global Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm, represented Atlanta Party Rentals in the lease transaction.
