Pat Murphy, Tara Healy and DeVonne Boler to Oversee Leasing of Five Properties
Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by Avistone to oversee leasing efforts for its more than 1 million-square-foot industrial/flex portfolio in the Atlanta area. Pat Murphy, Tara Healy and DeVonne Boler of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office will lease the five-property portfolio, located in the northwest and northeast Atlanta submarkets.

The properties in the portfolio include:
- Northwest Business Center totaling 470,971 square feet
- Peachtree Corporate Center totaling 198,156 square feet
- 2600/2650 Pleasantdale Road totaling 86,792 square feet
- The Green at Northwoods totaling 110,449 square feet
- Gateway Oaks totaling 152,179 square feet
Avistone, based in Laguna Niguel, California, has acquired and managed more than 2.5 million square feet of industrial space in California, Georgia, Ohio, Texas and Florida.
