Colliers International Atlanta has negotiated a 300,000-square-foot lease for Milan, Italy-based Luxottica, at 130 Greenwood Industrial Parkway in McDonough, Ga.

Luxottica, the largest eyewear manufacturer in the world, now leases or owns more than 1.3 million square feet of distribution space in the Highway 155 area of McDonough.

Colliers International Senior Vice President Lee Cardwell represented Luxottica in the transaction. Todd Barton and Greg Haynes of CBRE represented 130 Greenwood Industrial Parkway.
