Experience a new King of Pops Pumpkin Patch, spooky celebrations for the whole family, and more
Cooler weather and pumpkin spice lattes are finally back, which means it’s time for North Fulton to get in the spooky-spirit at Avalon, Alpharetta’s award-winning mixed-use destination for festive Halloween celebrations. In addition to the return of community favorites, “Trick-or-Drink” and “Trick-or-Treat,” Avalon will host Atlanta’s first OTP (outside the perimeter) King of Pops Pumpkin Patch, which is open for guests every weekend throughout October.
“Halloween is a spook-tacular time for families and friends to come together and make memories along The Boulevard, and we’re thrilled to add the King of Pops Pumpkin Patch to this year’s frightful festivities,” said Cayley Mullen, hospitality and marketing manager at Avalon. “Whether you’re dancing the night away with your ‘ghoul squad’ or collecting candy, everyone’s invited to trick-or-treat themselves to Halloween fun at Avalon.”
Details about each of Avalon’s Halloween events are outlined below:
- King of Pops Pumpkin Patch, every Friday-Sunday in October from 1 to 8 p.m.What’s Halloween without pumpkins? For the first time, King of Pops is bringing the fun of a country pumpkin patch to Avalon Boulevard each weekend in October. Located in the Living Room (between Café Intermezzo and Marine Layer), guests are invited to stop by the patch to take a festive photo, grab a popsicle, and find the perfect pumpkin to bring home in preparation for the haunting holiday.
- Trick-or-Drink, Friday, Oct. 25 from 6 to 9 p.m.If you dare, adult gals and ghouls are invited to kick offthe weekend with Trick-or-Drink, a 21+ spooky soiree featuring plenty of boo-ze, live music in The Plaza and scream-worthy costumes. In addition, Bar None will be onsite for guests looking for “the spirit without the spirits.” Trick-or-Drink is sponsored by Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
- Trick-or-Treat, Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Halloween celebrations continue Saturday morning with a special Trick-or-Treat event perfect for everyone’s little goblins. Upon arrival, guests are invited to visit Concierge to collect a trick-or-treat treasure map that showcases the event’s participating retailers. Once trick-or-treat bags over-flowing with candy, attendees can drop off their completed map at Concierge for a chance to win an Avalon family fun prize package.
