Outstanding Atlanta has selected Colliers International Atlanta Assistant Vice President Dany Koe as one of ten professionals to be a member of its 2019 class. Koe will serve on the organization’s board of directors in 2020.

Members of Outstanding Atlanta’s 2019 class were selected from candidates between the ages of 21 and 40 who live or work in metropolitan Atlanta, and have distinguished themselves in their careers and/or community service. They have demonstrated outstanding leadership, and held key positions in business, professions and politics, as well as nonprofit, volunteer and charitable efforts.

Alums of Outstanding Atlanta include Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, former Mayor Kasim Reed, former City Council President Caesar Mitchell, Channel 2 anchorwoman Monica Kauffman, and former attorney on the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism, Avarita Hanson.

“This is a great honor for Dany,” said Bob Mathews, Chairman and CEO of Colliers International Atlanta. “It exemplifies and rewards his hard work and dedication to the community,” Mathews said.

Some of Koe’s community involvement includes serving as president of the board of the Association of Real Estate Alumni at Georgia State University (GSU), serving on the Board of Atlanta’s Young Council of REALTORS, serving on the advocacy board of the Atlanta Beltline Partnership (AB67) helping Westside homeowners with homestead exemptions, serving on the board of Robinson Alumni (GSU’s Robinson School of Business), serving as GSU Graduate Mentor, and spearheading “Exposure Experience” trips with Next Gen Men & Women, which brings under-resourced high school students to Colliers International Atlanta offices to learn about commercial real estate.
