Berkadia announced today the sale of Bradford Park, a garden-style multifamily property in Tucker, Georgia. Senior Managing Directors Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays, Senior Director Judy MacManus and Director Matthew White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Atlanta-based Lin Family Investments.

Bradford Park sold for $12.6 million to New Jersey-based The Walden Group. The sales price reflects a per-unit price of $90,000. The property was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

“The seller's 15+ years of continuous ownership provides the out-of-state buyer with substantial operational upside,” said Vetter.

Bradford Park was built in 1966 and features 140-units with walk-in closets, washer/dryer connections, and patios or balconies. Located at 1839 Fellowship Road, the property is situated within 5 miles of Kaiser Permanente Crescent Medical Center, Quest Diagnostics - Regional Headquarters, AMEC Foster Wheeler Power & Process, and Northlake Mall.
