HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of the 90-room, upscale extended-stay Home2Suites located in Prattville, Alabama. The hotel was acquired by an affiliate of Legendary Capital.

HREC Investment Advisors was the sole and exclusive advisor to the seller, an affiliate of Peachtree Hotel Group (Peachtree). The sale was negotiated by Monty Levy, Managing Director, and Tom Huegel, Senior Vice President, in the Atlanta office.

“We were very pleased to negotiate a competitive price from a strong buyer with certainty of closing on behalf of one of our most valued clients in Peachtree,” noted Levy. Added Huegel, “Given the age and location of this asset, and the fact that the Home 2 Suites brand is one of the hottest in the industry at the moment, we believe that the buyer will realize a strong ROI with this acquisition.”

The hotel is located in the premier Montgomery suburb of Prattville, adjacent to the Capitol Hill Golf Course (part of the popular Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail). The hotel is ideal for business and leisure travelers alike. Business travelers are a short drive from downtown Montgomery, the Alabama State Capital, and the Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base. Leisure travelers are proximate to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, Pratt Pool & Splash Pad, the Daniel Pratt Historic District, and City Center. Additionally, the Hotel is easily accessible via Highway 82 and Interstate 65 (which runs from Mobile to Chicago running through Nashville, Louisville, and Indianapolis).
