Colliers International Atlanta Appoints Helen Zaver as SVP

Colliers International Atlanta has hired veteran hospitality investment sales broker Helen Zaver as Senior Vice President in Collier’s National Hospitality Group. Senior Associate Vik Zaver and Associate Dylan Patel join her at Colliers.

“We’re fortunate to have Helen and her team here at Colliers,” said Bob Mathews, Chairman and CEO of Colliers International Atlanta. “Her sales record and experience in the hospitality sales arena bode well for her and Colliers International,” Mathews said.

The Zaver Hotels team will operate mainly in Georgia and other areas of the Southeast. Zaver and her group come to Colliers from Marcus & Millichap, where Zaver worked for 15 years.

She has an extensive background in ownership, management, sales and marketing of hotel properties. She is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and Certified Hotel Owner (CHO). Her team has closed on more than $300 million in transactions in recent years.

She is a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, served on the board of Directors of the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce and Asian American Hotel Owners Association, and has earned numerous sales and achievements awards, including AAHOA Woman Hotelier of the Year.
