Greenberg Traurig Global Immigration Team Adds Jay Ruby in Atlanta

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is expanding its Immigration & Compliance Practice with the addition of Jay Ruby as a shareholder in the Atlanta office. Ruby joins the firm from Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP.

Ruby focuses his practice on representing U.S. and international business clients across a broad spectrum of immigration matters relating to temporary and permanent work visa solutions, immigration-related corporate compliance, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Ruby provides immigration strategies to clients across industries ranging from entertainment and motion pictures to higher education and financial services. His practice entails over 20 years of representing both large employers from Fortune 50 companies to small startups.

Ruby earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert School of Law and his B.A. from Indiana University. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2014, listed in Chambers USA since 2006, and recognized as an International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Attorneys in 2010. Ruby is a frequent author and speaker on a variety of immigration topics.
