Ameri100 Wins Multi-Year Managed Services Contract With Fortune 500 Global Consumer Products Company

AMERI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMRH), a specialized SAP® cloud, digital and enterprise solutions company, today announced that it has expanded its relationship with an existing client, a Fortune 500 global consumer products company based in Atlanta, to provide application managed services (AMS). Under the terms of the contract, Ameri100 will provide the company with support, monitoring and management of SAP applications, in addition to database, server infrastructure and Unix systems. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
