Former Kmart Distribution Center in Newnan, Georgia, is Fully Leased

Elite Comfort Solutions has leased an additional 130,028 square feet at 95 Innovation Way in Newnan, Georgia. The company now occupies 484,382 square feet in the building.

At nearly 2 million square feet, the former Kmart distribution center is the largest stand-alone industrial building in Metro Atlanta and is now fully leased. Agellan Capital acquired the building in late 2017 and invested in upgraded sprinklers, loading doors and office space.

Ray Stache, Lisa Pittman and Courtney Oldenburg of Cushman & Wakefield represented Agellan Capital and Hove Street, the landlords, in the lease negotiations.

“Elite Comfort Solutions has enjoyed the prime location 1.2 miles from Interstate 85 and with easy access to Metro Atlanta,” Stache said. “With the recent renovations at the property, the opportunity to expand their operations in the same building was a perfect fit.”
