Top-Floor Space Encompasses Full Floor
Cushman & Wakefield and Tyler Real Estate Partners have arranged a 25,000-square-foot lease with Harrison Design at Building 1 of Piedmont Center, The Commons on behalf of The Ardent Companies. Will Porter and Laura Power of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease negotiations, and Tyler Real Estate Partners, David C. Tyler Realty, Inc.represented the tenant.

The Commons at Piedmont Center, Buildings 1–4, is a four-building office neighborhood in the heart of Buckhead with 518,864 square feet of indoor-outdoor creative work space. Activated green space amenities include the re-imagined courtyard with putting greens, bocce ball court and outdoor break-out spaces. Additional campus-wide amenities include a fitness center with towel service, multiple on-site cafes, fastest internet service in Buckhead, multiple conference facilities, free parking, Bright Horizons Daycare and indoor tenant lounges.
