The new restaurant concept, Le Bon Nosh, will consist of 4,333 square feet with a patio for outdoor dining. The new location is scheduled to open in Summer 2020. The Irby, currently under construction, will be an iconic 12-story building with 277 luxury apartment units located in the renowned West Village of Buckhead.
Le Bon Nosh is the Atlanta debut of Founder and Executive Chef, Forough Vakili – a bakery, café and marketplace aimed at introducing food in its purest essence. Celebrating simple and local ingredient driven dishes served in an open and welcoming environment, Le Bon Nosh looks to transcend your typical café experience with the addition of a thoughtfully curated market, with an emphasis on food education. “The bulk of our offerings will come directly from local farmers and purveyors,” Forough Vakili notes.

A Georgia Tech chemical engineering graduate, Forough Vakili spent only a short while in the corporate space before following her true passion that led her to the prestigious Cordon Bleu Paris. Post-graduation, she added to her culinary skills in France at the two Michelin star restaurant L’Auberge de Glazicks, before returning to Atlanta as a culinary consultant for Porsche Cars North America and Bon Appetìt Management Company.
