CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), a highly diversified, full-service engineering consulting firm announced today that it has acquired Wolverton & Associates, Inc. (Wolverton). Wolverton is a full-service transportation and civil engineering firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
