Jeronimo Hirschfeld, Chairman and CEO of One Real Estate Investment, today announced the purchase of a multifamily apartment property in Georgia—Park Crossing, located at 2700 Park Crossing Way NW, Lilburn, Georgia. The sale price was $31.2 million.
The 21.32-acre property features 280 units with close access to Norcross and Doraville. The deal was brokered by Nathan Swenson, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta.

“We are very pleased with this latest acquisition,” stated Hirshfeld. “It’s right in line with our strategic plan for growth to acquire 30,000 units in the next three to five years that have a strong potential for appreciation.”
In February the company purchased a multifamily apartment property in Atlanta for $34.9 million, and another in March for $39.8 million in North Carolina.
