Chemical manufacturing company Chemence, Inc. purchases 1121 Alderman Drive

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) today announced the sale of 1121 Alderman Drive, a 28,800-square-foot office building located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Chip Sipple and Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the seller, Harcon Forming.

Chemence, a global manufacturer of adhesives, purchased the building and will occupy it. With offices near Atlanta and London, along with sales offices and manufacturing locations around the world, Chemence operates across numerous industries including medical, consumer, industrial, cosmetics and graphics.
