
Mizuno Buys 40,530 SF Industrial Flex Building for $74 Per Square Foot
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $3 million sale of 3155 Northwoods Parkway, a 40,530-square-foot industrial flex building located within Northwoods Business Park in Norcross, Georgia.Pat Murphy and Tara Healy of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, The Ardent Companies, in the transaction. Jim Bob Taylor of Cresa represented Mizuno, a global sporting goods company, in the acquisition.
“The Ardent Companies has elevated the profile of Northwoods Business Park since the company acquired it in 2018, returning the park to its place as one of the best environments for business and industry,” Murphy said.
Northwoods Business Park is located 2.5 miles north of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in an attractive park setting with ample parking. The Ardent Companies owns eight of the 20 buildings in the park.
