Evening tours offer midweek access to top market listings within the firm’s luxury portfolio
Engel & Völkers Atlanta will hold their inaugural Twilight Open House on Wednesday, May 15th. An alternative to the traditional open house held on weekends, the initiative offers buyers an opportunity to attend a weeknight open house, with tours held after working hours from 4-7 p.m.
Originally a western phenomenon, the idea has spread to several market sectors across the United States and is beginning to take root in Atlanta. The after-hours open house concept allows interested buyers to scope out properties during key evening hours, when they will most often make use of the home and, as an added bonus, frees up the weekend for more recreational activities like hanging with friends or exploring the city.
“We were introduced to this unique concept by Tonya Marlatt, an advisor with our firm, who saw Twilight Open House as an opportunity to provide buyers with an accessible option to the standard weekend open house,” said Christa Huffstickler, Founder & CEO of Engel & Völkers Atlanta. “At Engel & Völkers Atlanta, we’re known for providing our clients with a seamless home buying experience. Potential owners can swing by on their way home from work or before daycare pick-up, without the hassle of trying to fit in an open house on a busy weekend. It’s a great option for buyers looking for convenience and significantly enhances our marketing efforts.”
In addition to exclusive access to homes after-hours, guests will be treated to specialty cocktails and light bites. For more information on the 189 Stovall Street Twilight Open House and a list of other properties that will debut, visit: www.twilightopen.com.
