Colliers International Atlanta Senior Vice President Jessica Doyle has been named market leader of the Colliers Atlanta Landlord Services Group. She has also become a principal with the firm and a member of its Atlanta Leadership Committee.

In her new role, Doyle will be responsible for the oversight of the firm’s office agency leasing professionals who represent investors in office properties in the Metro Atlanta area. She will be charged with continuing to grow the agency side of the business while working with the team on property strategy and lease-up of existing agency assignments.

Doyle joined the firm in March of 2018 from John Hancock Real Estate, where she was leasing director for the company’s 4.5-million-square-foot Southeastern portfolio

“This is an incredible opportunity to build on the foundation that Deming Fish has successfully laid,” said Doyle. “Our goal now is to continue to grow our footprint in the Atlanta market by expanding our team and executing property strategy with the enhanced level of service that our clients know and expect. Colliers International Senior Vice President Deming Fish, who has led the Landlord Services Group since 2011, will now focus on larger, complex office leasing, repositioning, and new building lease-up opportunities in Atlanta and the Southeast. Fish will continue to be a member of the Board of Directors for Colliers Atlanta as he expands his leasing and new business development roles.
