Jackson, Tennessee, Properties Total 665 Units
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a five-property, 665-unit portfolio located in Jackson, Tennessee. Robbie O’Bryan, Jimmy Adams, and Brad Boston of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, McDowell Properties, in the transaction. Monarch Investment & Management Group acquired the properties, which included:
- Post House North, 145 units located at 26 Revere Circle
- Woods of Post House, 122 units located at 39 Thistlewood Drive
- Post House Jackson, 150 units located at 26 Rachel Drive
- The Oaks, 100 units located at 842 North Parkway
- Bradford Chase, 148 units located at 24 Williamsburg Village
“These well-located properties are poised for continued growth in the expanding Jackson market,” O’Bryan said. “The properties and the buyer will benefit tremendously from organic Rent growth and focused management.”
McDowell Properties has invested over $3 million in capital improvements at the properties since 2015, including clubhouse renovations, fitness center upgrades, interior upgrades and new exterior paint, gutters, roofs and signage. Only one property has been delivered to the Jackson market since 2014 (120 units total). Currently there are no multifamily projects under construction or planned.
