Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces that it has closed the sale of Roswell Market Place, a 95,522-square-foot shopping center anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market in Roswell, Georgia.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, Branch Properties, LLC.

Roswell Market Place is located at 10800 Alpharetta Highway in Roswell, a suburban community approximately 20 miles from downtown Atlanta. The average household income within a five-mile radius of the property is more than $134,000 and the buying power in this same area is more than $9.6 billion, comparing favorably with some of the Southeast’s wealthiest submarkets. Completed in 1986 and most recently renovated in 2015 and 2016, the 88-percent-leased property is home to anchor tenant Sprouts Farmers Market as well as Starbucks, 13 Hub Lane, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Subway, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Chipotle, The UPS Store and more.
