Marie Worsham
Marie Worsham has joined Cushman & Wakefield as the leader of the firm’s Asset Services team in Atlanta.
Worsham has more than 20 years of experience in property management, administration, construction, leasing and asset management. In her new role at Cushman & Wakefield, Worsham will oversee the approximately 100 employees in the property management team that oversees a more than 16 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties.That portfolio includes some of Atlanta’s premier assets including 271 17th Street, 171 17th Street, the office space within the Four Seasons, Piedmont Center, and The Fountains.
“Marie will be a tremendous leader for our Asset Services team, bringing a deep knowledge and understanding of the industry,” said John O’Neill, Regional Managing Principal. “She is known for her award-winning customer service and proven ability to drive costs and grow revenue through analytical thinking and financial management, which will be essential as we continue to grow Asset Services.”
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Worsham was Managing Director of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International where she oversaw 42 million square feet of commercial real estate space. She is coming home to 1180 Peachtree, as she previously leased and managed the building on behalf of Hines, and was alsopreviously Director of Property Management at Carter & Associates/Cassidy Turley and a Senior Property Manager at Advantis Real Estate Services Company.

Worsham has a Bachelor of Business Management from Shorter University. She is a Certified Property Manager (Institute of Real Estate Management), a Real Property Administrator (BOMA International) and a LEED Green Associate. Additionally, she is currently working to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
