2435 Tech Center Parkway Purchased by Eckstein Properties for $1,750,000

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) today announced the sale of 2435 Tech Center Parkway, a single-story office building in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Jeff Henson represented the buyer.

The 24,444-square-foot office building was purchased by Eckstein Properties, a nonresidential property management firm. Kirk Rich with Avison Young represented the seller, Executive Management Group, one of the premier executive-search and consulting firms in the country.

“Situated in the second-most populated county in Georgia, this facility offers a broad opportunity for a number of businesses, just outside of Atlanta,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “2435 Tech Center Parkway is a strategic acquisition for New York-based Eckstein Properties in Gwinnett County.”

Located just one mile from 1-85 and Mall of Georgia, and in close proximity to the Gwinnett Braves Stadium, 2435 Tech Center Parkway offers convenient access to everything Atlanta has to offer. The single-story office building features open floor plans and demised offices along the walls.
