Colliers International Atlanta’s Food Advisory Services team has negotiated an 62,400-square-foot sale transaction on behalf of the buyer, Patterson Georgia, LLC who has leased the former Pictsweet facility to a privately held national food producer and processor at 1814 Washington Street in Jefferson, Ga. The facility is expected to create up to 150 new jobs.
