Jeronimo Hirschfeld, chairman and CEO of One Real Estate Investment, today announced the purchase of a multifamily apartment property in Atlanta, Princeton Heights Apartments located at 4250 Jimmy Carter Blvd., Norcross, GA 30093. The sale price was $34.9 million.

The 300-unit garden style apartments were built in 1985 and are conveniently located near Interstate I-85 and Jimmy Carter Blvd. with quick access to downtown Atlanta.
