Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been selected to manage The Exchange at Hammond and Parkside Shopping Center, connected retail centers located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Lincoln Vice President Shane Froman will oversee management of the retail centers, led by Senior Portfolio Manager Susan Jones. Jamestown Urban Management, L.P. owns the properties.

The Exchange offers 179,376 square feet of rentable space and is located adjacent to Parkside, a 159,674-square-foot outdoor retail destination. The Exchange, anchored by Whole Foods, offers a variety of retailers and restaurants.

The Exchange and Parkside are located just north of I-285 at one of the most sought-after intersections in Atlanta. The recent residential development in the area is another defining factor that will continue to drive traffic to the centers, along with retail and restaurant sales.
