SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Steven Bodner as vice president in the Atlanta office. A highly-respected broker with expertise throughout the Southeast, with many industry accolades and 15 years of experience, Steven is joining SRS Atlanta's esteemed tenant representation team.

Steven joins SRS from The Trilogy Group, LLC, where he worked with many national, regional, and local tenants such as Del Taco, Navy Federal Credit Union, Heartland Dental, Planet Fitness, My Eye Doctor, Smoothie King, and Krispy Kreme. He also represents buyers and tenants in their acquisition of land parcels, outparcel buildings, and inline retail opportunities. In his ten years with The Trilogy Group, he handled $150 million in leasing and sales transactions. Prior to his time there, Steven worked with Colliers International where he helped to facilitate the sale and disposition of $250 million in retail properties throughout the Southeast U.S.

Steven has earned his way on the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club every year since 2011. He is working towards his CCIM designation and is a member of ICSC.
