Premier Medical Office Building Secures Newest Tenant
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged an 8,610-square-foot lease with Georgia SurgiCare at 371 East Paces medical office building (MOB), a newly constructed, premier medical office building located in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket. George Olmstead, Brandon Wallace and Dillon Mabrey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Loudermilk Companies, in the lease negotiations, and Bryan Davis of Ackerman & Companies represented the tenant.
“This lease marks the second location for Georgia SurgiCare and will allow them to better serve the intown market, where demand has surged and is projected to continue to grow,” Olmstead said. “With a significant amount of development activity around the property, this area will have hundreds of new residents in coming years that will be served by the tenants at 371 East Paces.”
317 East Paces MOB opened in the summer of 2018, and was the first new medical office building to be delivered inside the Perimeter in nearly 10 years. The nine-story, 114,000-square-foot building offers street-level retail and a seven-level parking deck with easy accessibility from E. Paces Ferry Road and Buckhead Avenue, as well as valet parking.
“Georgia SurgiCare’s new clinical and surgical unit will serve Buckhead and beyond,” said Dr. A. Christopher Ibikunle, MD FACS. “Our unmatched specialized services treat severe heartburn, assist with weight loss challenges, provide aesthetic cosmetic solutions and more. We offer personalized care and safe surgical solutions designed with the patient in mind.”
