Crawford and Heimburger have been in the industry for over 16 years and formed a team in 2012 when they worked on the award-winning Krog Street Market from inception. The powerhouse landlord rep team has helped the SRS Atlanta office become a leader in the intown market, specializing in urban revitalization, redevelopments and new developments of retail and mixed-use properties. They are finalizing the last few deals at the Collective at Coda for Portman Holdings and currently leasing the Star Metals District in West Midtown for The Allen Morris Company. The duo represent the Asana Partners Atlanta portfolio including Midtown Promenade, Plaza on Ponce, Morningside Village, Glenwood Village and several redevelopments on Edgewood Avenue. Crawford and Heimburger are members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
