Fasano, regional manager of the firm’s Atlanta office. The asset sold for $1,810,000.

Bob Johnson and Kevin O'Hanlon, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta and Boston offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Geoff Ficke, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office.

Jack in the Box is located in the heart of the main retail corridor at 2117 West Main Street in Durant, Oklahoma and offers immediate access to U.S. Route 75 with traffic counts exceeding 13,000 VPD. The property, originally built in 2002, was remodeled in 2011 showing the tenant’s commitment to the location. Durant is home to the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with current enrollment of over 5,500 students.
