SRS Real Estate Partners has preleased anew development totaling 88,000 square feet at The Gateway in Buford, Ga. Texas Roadhouse opened their doors on December 10 that an outparcel on the property, and remaining tenants are on schedule for first quarter 2019 openings.

Currently under construction, The Gateway tenants will include Academy Sports& Outdoors, Newk’s, Aspen Dental, Navy Federal Credit Union, Jimmy John’s, Palazzo Nail Bar, and Georgia’sthird Crazy Dough’s location. The Gateway is located at the intersection of Buford Drive and Plunketts Roadat the most highly traveled section of state Route 20 and Mall of Georgia corridor.
